Congressman Welch has introduced legislation to close an overseas contract fraud loophole, the subject of an ongoing congressional investigation.

 Oversight Committee

In response to requests by Congressman Welch, the House Oversight Committee has requested documents relating to the Overseas Contracting Loophole and opened an ongoing investigation.
